Trickle Creek Golf Resort, a Les Furber–designed course and a division of Resorts of the Canadian Rockies, is nestled on the mountainside of beautiful Kimberley, BC. We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and passionate Assistant Superintendent to join our Grounds Maintenance team and help deliver exceptional playing conditions and guest experiences.Key Responsibilities•Work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent in developing and implementing agronomic strategies• Schedule, assign, and direct daily tasks of the maintenance staff, ensuring efficiency and staff safety• Monitor course conditions and report daily to the Superintendent on turf health, staff safety, and task progress• Perform irrigation system operation, troubleshooting, repair, and system control adjustments as required or directed• Apply turf pesticides and fertilizers in accordance with regulations and best practices• Lead annual first-day training, including Health & Safety, equipment operation, and company...
