Associate Director, Business Management

Job Description

What is the opportunity? This role reports to the Director, Business Management within the Production and Risk Services (PRS) team in Quantitative and Technology Services (QTS). As part of this team, you will be a key player in helping deliver insights to PRS teams and business stakeholders by providing ongoing input into process and reporting insights.This role is responsible for assisting with Portfolio, Financial and Supplier Delivery activities including all BAU processes, tracking and reporting overall segment spend against annual budgets, support demand and NIE targets. What will you do?

Supports all BAU Portfolio and Financial activities including opening and closing projects, headcount and professional fees tracking, opening and maintaining approval for new positions, demand to capacity analysis and analysis of annual/quarterly/monthly targets to actuals/forecasts.
