WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?As part of the Enterprise Compliance, the Associate Director, Compliance Controls & Governance is responsible for leading execution of the Compliance controls and governance program, supporting global strategic initiatives and overseeing key technology and training programs.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Oversees the global controls and governance program for Compliance including Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) control rationalization efforts.
Supports strategic initiatives including Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Convergence, Training governance and technology portfolio oversight.
Oversees ongoing business-as-usual processes related to Compliance technology oversight including working with Compliance Technology and Functions Compliance to deliver status updates to Compliance management.
