Overview

Associate Finance Manager – Hybrid Location: Bogotá, Colombia. Join our team of professionals to support business leaders across the organization with financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Colombian leaders (General Manager, Commercial, Logistics, HR, RGM, Industry, etc.) and provide financial reporting and support around the Business Unit/Brands/Categories/Channel/POS performance, investments, costs, and ROI on promotional activities.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for the business.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators: P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
