Job Overview

The Associate Medical Specialist is responsible for utilizing existing Medical procedures to solve routine or standard problems. They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team. They will leverage their conceptual knowledge of Medical theories, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with all company and project‑specific medical terms, requirements, and project deliverables
• Identify applicable regulatory requirements specific to the scope of work, including monitoring compliance
• Ensure medical plans, procedures, and instructions are developed and implemented
• Identify and assign appropriate medical resources and development
• Prepare and maintain medical‑related Risk Register and Corrective Action Tracking
• Complete Medical Prequalification of project subcontractors and vendors as applicable
