PAYROLL PROFESSIONAL JR.

RHI Magnesita is looking for a Payroll Professional Jr. in Ramos Arizpe, MX.

Manager will be responsible for the Attract to Grow area which will be responsible for Payroll Professional (USA Y CAN).

This hybrid position will report to the Head of Global Shared Services NAM and will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time.

Payroll Competente Jr tasks include

• General accounting knowledge
• SAP system management
• Customer service (USA)
• Advanced English
• Analysis of accounting policies of the provision of Payroll (USA)
• Provision of special payroll payments
• Analysis of payroll account reconciliations
• Preparation of monthly reports of special payroll payments (commissions, bonuses, etc.)
• Special audits

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA is preferable
