Automotive Sales & Service Analyst

About the role:IMPORTANT: It ́s not a engineering - design role, it ́s related with sales and processes.Key Responsibilities:1.-Service Quality Monitoring:- Conduct secret visits (mystery shopping) to BYD dealers and competitor service centers.
- Collect and regularly report findings on service quality.02.- Sales Service Improvement:- Promote service improvement actions based on visit results.
- Follow up to ensure that all identified issues are resolved effectively.3.-PDI & After-Sales Support:- Monitor and follow up on Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and after-sales issues.
- Support the rapid implementation of corrective and improvement projects.Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Maximum 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, after-sales, and customer service in the automotive industry.
- Advanced english proficiency
