Responsibilities
- Lead the Vision: Direct and inspire creative thinking across briefs, ensuring bold ideas are grounded in clear strategic purpose and technical reality.
- Architect the Journey: Map the end-to-end guest experience, making every touchpoint intentional, intuitive and on‑brand.
- Own the Presentation: Shape and present client‑facing creative stories with confidence, clarity and the theatre required to win the room.
- Bridge Design & Tech: Work closely with 2D, 3D, CAD and production teams to ensure concepts can move from deck to site without losing their intent.
- Navigate the Chaos: Thrive in a fast‑moving live events environment where timelines shift, expectations are high and the solution still needs to be excellent.
