Job Description

What you’ll do:
Provide prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the department
Prepare a wide variety of baked goods using specific guidelines
Ensure consistency of all products being baked
Ability to follow production planners working with the Manager to project daily requirements while managing shrink
Keep cooler and freezers organized while having a good understanding of stock
Cleaning bakery in adherence to all food safety guidelines
Filling out temperature and sanitation guides
