What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Bakery Manager, the Bakery Clerk’s responsibilities will include the following:
Utilize the production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.Follow established Co-op procedures to produce high quality baked goods.Receive, inspect, and store orders upon delivery to ensure all product is immediately stored in proper temperature-controlled environment.Properly prepare, package and price baked goods.Display and rotate baked goods as per established guidelines.Process bakery orders from customers, prepare accurate invoices for those goods and provide customer service in line with the Co-op brand.Observe and maintain sanitation standards and practices, maintain tools and equipment, and keep work area clean and neat.Assist with other duties as assigned.Why it matters:
