What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Food Store Manager, the successful applicant will be self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic and be involved in all aspects of Departmental operations, including recruitment, training and development, and performance management.
Provide strong leadership and support to department team members. Provide top-notch customer service satisfaction. Organize, direct, and coordinate the operations of the department’s team. To achieve budgeted goals. Ensuring merchandising, production, and facility image are at the highest standards. Responsible for accounting and reporting procedures as required.
