Overview

The Field Sales Sr. Supervisor is an intermediate position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees to deliver a full range of sales and customer support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The objective is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to Citi clients and to assist the team in meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales team by setting targets and monitoring progress against them, communicating expectations, clearly defining sales strategies and the business vision, and addressing the needs of individual team members
  • Resolve issues with client accounts in an effective and efficient manner
  • Facilitate and simplify the development of team territory and client plans, consistent with company sales strategies
