Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with sales goals defined by the franchise: portfolio growth, cross‑selling, attracting new customers, and retaining existing customers.
• Identify client needs and deepen the customer‑bank relationship.
• Provide high‑value advisory services to SME clients across all product offerings.
• Execute campaign and strategy initiatives set by the franchise to boost sales growth.
• Implement action plans agreed with the Area Coordinator to meet the sales plan.
• Track deviations and communicate with supervisor as needed.
• Comply with institutional controls and regulations.
• Visit clients to identify improvement opportunities, develop plans aligned to customer expectations and NPS targets.
• Help design action plans that achieve the NPS goal in coordination with the Coordinator.
