Role Description:

• Build and establish strong relationship with Regional Head, Regional Deputy, Area Manager & Branch Manager
• Supervise, monitor and lead sales activities for Sharia Sales Team (ASM, FSC) on day-to-day basis to achieve sales target
• Sales initiative, sales process improvement, and new business opportunities.
• Placement in all around Indonesia (based on Prudential Syariah' sales office branches)
