Bank Reconciliation Associate (Medellín)

DISPONIBLE EN: MEDELLIN Y BARRANQUILLA SEMIBILINGUE

Support the department gathering and analyzing information from the GL, Master tax, and V ficcient, and company systems. He / She will utilize significant part of their time reconciling Payroll Tax Reconciliation Accounts

Responsabilidades

• Create proposal of journal entries.
• Review and analyze the different systems about payroll Taxes payments.
• Complete Payroll tax reconciliations of each entity assigned.
• Work with other departments in order to collect information required.
• Report to client pending transaction.
• Report to PTR Leader, daily status of duties and responsibilities.
• Assist with preparation and responses for audits.
• Update and maintain policies & procedure documentation.
• Assist Accounting Manager and BR Leader with day-to-day assignments.
• Other duties as assigned.
