Responsibilities
• Oversee daily banking operations and supervise all bank office operations
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational issues promptly
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field
• Several years of experience in banking operations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of banking processes and bank of Ghana regulatins
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
