Banquet Attendant

Banquet attendants work a variety of different events including wedding, birthdays, corporate meetings, golf tournament and many more.

Shift Duties Include:

Look over the function sheet, amendments, server floor plan and specific server responsibilities for that event, as laid out by the banquet supervisor

Act as a bar runner, providing the bartender additional products, glassware, mixes and garnishes

Preparing items necessary for dinner service (coffee, bread baskets, etc)

Ensure an Above & Beyond Experience for our guests through table service and table water, top up wine, clear plates and glassware, and offer coffee service

Execute the reset or the skeleton set of the banquet room, depending on the date of the next event
