The Four Points by Sheraton - Kelowna Airport is currently looking for a Banquets Captain.
We are also on a bus route, with a stop just outside of the hotel, and are our complimentary shuttle also picks up our employees from the bus loop at UBCO.
You are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Responsible for setup and install of all AV equipment in adherence to the Event Order requirements at both hotels Act as the on-site contact to answer any AV related questions, help with troubleshooting or last-minute installs Ensures timely setup, operation and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients Ability to multi-task and handle multiple setu...
