Manage, coordinate and review monthly costing activities performed by RepCosting team, which includes review updated BOM structure and routing, review moving average price, material price calculation, equivalent number for splitting cost, standard cost per material code, and released standard cost.Manage, coordinate and review monthly CO Costing performed by RepCosting team, which includes gathering data from operation functions, working paper of SKF, cost allocation result, charging expenses to Business Unit, CO Closing result, and analytical review on processing cost and utility cost.Manage, review and present refinery financial performance analysis (production variance, actual plant costing, energy cost, warehouse cost, bulk storage & handling cost, downgrade, remelt, etc) and financial statements ( PnL, Balance Sheet, GA Cost Refinery per cost center, Fa...
