Barista - PT - Sun Valley Co-op

Sun Valley Co-op is recruiting for a new Barista at our Altona Gas Bar!

This position is responsible for:

-Opening duties including cleaning & prep work

-Preparing our hot and fresh menu items so they are ready for customers

-Providing excellent customer service

-Taking orders while paying attention to details

-Making high-quality coffee beverages (lattes, cappuccinos, americano, using an espresso machine

-Running our point of sale system

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, exceptional customer service, great communication skills, the ability to handle busy, high-stress situations, and experience as a barista.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a barista.

This is a part-time permanent position, with the potential to become full-time.
