主に、
■材料の仕入れ・仕込み
■パンの製造
■シーズン毎の開発・企画・提案
■日々のオペレーションにおいて後輩のサポート
■スタッフのシフト管理業務等
■新メニューの開発や原価計算、特別イベントの企画
■料理の品質基準の維持
■ペストリーシェフと協力し、必要な人員計画や管理を行う。
■その他指示された職務を遂行する。
