- IT intern must be in pursuit of a degree or technical course in computer science, information technology or engineering.

• Must be open and excited to learn new technologies
• Must have good communication skills, both written and oral
• Should be customer service-oriented
• Intermediate English (reading and written)

• Must support the IT team based in Brazil in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems
• Must troubleshoot issues with equipment like printers, computers and servers
• Must participate in the development of new desktops, servers or applications
