Bilingual Account Manager

We are looking for a Bilingual Account Manager to join our Reserv (booking engine) team in Bogotá . This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, client-focused, and passionate about the hospitality industry .

You will work closely with hotel partners to help them maximize the value of our technology, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve performance .

What You’ll Do

• Client Relationship & Revenue Growth: Manage client relationships, maintain strong communication, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
