**About the role**
We're hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across purchasing, billing, and supplier coordination.
You'll be a key driver of process efficiency someone who takes initiative, follows through, and keeps things organized without being told twice.
This role sits within our Administration team and reports directly to the Head of Administration / General Manager.

**What you'll do**
- Manage internal and external communications fluently in both English and Spanish
- Support end-to-end purchasing workflows: quote collection, purchase order processing, and supplier follow-up
- Handle billing, invoicing, and procurement documentation with accuracy and timeliness
