About the Role

We are a fast-growing medical spa company based in the United States, and we are building an in-house team in Bogota. We are looking for reliable, professional, and friendly bilingual customer service representatives to work from our headquarters.

This is an on-site, full-time position focused on customer service, appointment booking, lead follow-up, and administrative support.

Work Schedule

  • 42 hours per week
  • 3 full shifts (open to close)
  • 1 half-day shift
  • Fixed schedule once assigned
  • Weekend availability may be required
