Bilingual HR Generalist for LATAM Operations (Mexico)

Industrial equipment company is seeking a bilingual HR Manager for its Latin America operations based in Mexico City. This is the sole HR professional for an office of approximately 54 employees, with remote technicians spread across Mexico and service coverage extending into Colombia, Central America, Peru, and Bolivia.

What You Will Own

This is a full-scope HR generalist role. You will be accountable for the day-to-day HR function across the entire Mexican operation, including:

• Onboarding and offboarding processes that currently need to be rebuilt from scratch.
• Payroll coordination with a third-party local provider.
• Employee relations, conflict resolution, and serving as the trusted, neutral resource between employees and senior management.
• Compliance with Mexican federal and local labor law.
