Bilingual Phone Auditor for Insurance Audits (Mon–Fri, Perm)

EXL SERVICE COLOMBIA is seeking Phone Auditors in Bogotá to support U.S. insurance audits. The role emphasizes information verification and documentation, without sales tasks. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in BPO or Call centers, particularly in banking or finance, and a B2+ level of English.
