Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential store locations (shopping malls, high street, commercial zones)
- Conduct foot traffic analysis, competitor benchmarking, and catchment area studies
- Build and maintain a location database
- Liaise with shopping malls, landlords, and real estate agents
- Support lease negotiations (rental terms, contracts, visibility conditions)
- Prepare store-level P&L estimations
- Analyze ROI, payback period, and sales potential
- Coordinate with internal teams (HQ, design, construction, retail)
- Ensure store opening timelines and execution
- Analyze competitor
- Provide strategic recommendations for expansion
Requirements
Education
