What You’ll Do:
- Source and screen potential CDL Class A drivers.
- Conduct interviews in both Spanish and English to assess qualifications and fit.
- Build relationships with drivers and guide them through the hiring process.
- Collaborate with our operations team to understand staffing needs.
- Represent our company at career fairs and recruitment events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and CDL Class A requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
