Bilingual Telephone Operator

Latorre Law Firm, an established U.S. law firm with 12 offices throughout several states, has an immediate opening for Bilingual telephone operators. Experienced preferred but we will train the right individual. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, time management, and customer service experience. This position requires communicating with Spanish and English speaking clients.

Excellent compensation depending on experience and abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably as a telephone operator.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong organization and time‑management skills.
• Own computer no more than 3 years old.
• Dedicated office or private work area.
• Good internet connection.
