Role description:
Under the direction of the Control Room Operator and the Lead Operator, the Boiler Operator monitors and operates all related equipment and systems associated with the Steam Generator (Boiler).
Responsabilities:
Strict adherence to safety regulations and policies.
Participates as an active member of the AES Puerto Rico plant wide meetings.
Operates all Power Block systems in a correct, efficient and safe manner. Includes operating pumps, motors, and valves, as directed by the Control Room Operator, for plant start-up and shut down.
