What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in QuickBooks
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Available to work full-time
• 3+ years of leadership experience in accounting roles
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Must be based in Medellín or open to relocation
• 5+ years of experience preparing taxes
• 7+ years of experience in Excel (advanced proficiency)
• Strong mathematical skills and analytical mindset
