Overview
The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date, and well‑organized financial records. This role ensures that all financial transactions are properly recorded, financial reports are prepared on time, and administrative accounting processes run smoothly. The position is essential for supporting the company’s financial health, operational efficiency, and internal compliance.
Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, payments, and deposits
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and account statements
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger and supporting accounting records
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
