Boutique Manager

Manages, supervises, and administers the department’s operations efficiently; identifies the needs of the hotel’s boutiques (Main Boutique, Artisan Pop-ups) and their staff, with the aim of providing excellent service and increasing sales in accordance with the company’s philosophy and the department’s mission.

Ensures compliance with sales and guest service procedures. Makes departmental purchases in a timely manner, ensuring that the quality of the products effectively meets the hotel’s requirements.
