Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administration Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure all processing and reporting are performed in accordance with company requirements and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to a dynamic and high performing team focused on providing solutions for a wide range of customers.
  • Assist the Sales / Account Managers in compiling a sales order and collate information required to prepare order pack (signed quote / Customer PO / supporting documents etc.)
  • Coordinate active sales deals thru the system to ensure the best possible outcome for the business and its customers.
  • Actively participate in the weekly and monthly sales forecast meetings.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required
