Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations and profitability
• Drive equity, demat, and trading account acquisition
• Lead and motivate sales and relationship teams
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve revenue and business growth targets
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and internal policies
