Brand Communications Strategist - Social PR & Storytelling

Majestic Resorts is looking for a Brand Communications Specialist with strong communications, public relations, and writing abilities that will support the company’s growing communications strategy of building brand awareness. Must be a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Comfortability creating and generating attractive content for social media and press releases is required.

• Develop and write brand communications materials for social media, press releases, media inquiries, and other communication channels.
• Direct customer feedback to Customer Care and work to address complaints in collaboration with Operations and Sales in Costa Mujeres, Mexico with the goal to maintain a positive brand image and reputation.
