Descripción y detalle de las actividadesReports to the Organizational Development (OD) Manager.This role is responsible for developing and executing the annual internal and external communication plans across the three Amphenol Mexicali sites.The Communication Coordinator designs engaging content, promotes a positive and inclusive work environment through motivational events, and ensures consistent messaging across all communication channels.Works closely with the OD and HR teams to implement strategies that strengthen employee engagement, foster organizational culture, and support workforce development.
