Business Analyst Specialist

Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the Global Fraud Technology team in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

• Assist the Product Owner/Project Manager by conducting research and analysis, accurately and clearly defining user requirements and processes to resolve highly complex, multi‑faced problems.
• Participate in rapid prototyping, developing requirements and solutions on an iterative basis, providing interim deliverables.
• Develop test cases, perform testing, define user procedures and workflows, assist in conversion and implementation strategies, and provide user documentation and training.
