Business Development Director - Fx & Cfds Industry - Colombian Market (Bogotá)

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Director to lead and expand our Business Development function within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry .

You will be responsible for executing individual BD initiatives and managing a team of Business Development Managers and Senior Business Development Managers to drive consistent revenue growth across key markets.

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of client acquisition (hunting), and ability to maximize long-term client value (farming).

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Managers and Senior Business Development Managers across assigned markets.
