Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will report (functional) to the Head of Business Development and own the successful contracting, onboarding, and extended support of newly acquired hotel partners. This role is critical in expanding our portfolio of direct hotel partners while maintaining the brand as a leader in the luxury hospitality industry across Latin America and other markets. You'll learn the habits and trends of your markets in order to monitor competition and build long-term relationships with new hotel partners. Once contracted, you’ll work closely with your Distribution Manager to activate accounts and provide ongoing guidance ensuring hotels remain engaged by understanding our offerings within the luxury travel ecosystem.
