Job Description

We are launching a new Staffing & RPO business unit , and we are looking for a Business Manager to build it from the ground up.

This role goes beyond sales. You will be fully responsible for developing, structuring, and scaling the business , owning everything from client acquisition to revenue growth.

If you have experience selling recruiting or RPO services and are ready to own and build a business line , this role is for you.

What You Will Own

  • Build and execute the commercial strategy for the new business unit
  • Generate and close new business in staffing, recruiting, and/or RPO services
  • Own the full sales cycle and revenue targets
  • Define pricing, service structure, and go-to-market approach
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure strong delivery
  • Identify growth opportunities and scale the business unit over time
