Business Solutions Specialist (Bogotá)

Purpose

As a Technical Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for new initiatives under internal fraud & insider threat within our GlobalOperations Technology portfolio of applications. The portfolio spans across systems that keep the bank safe and secure.

Accountabilities

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Conducts stakeholder interviews, facilitates meetings, leads requirements gathering sessions.
• Analyzes requirements from business units and translates them into technical requirements for developers or vendors.
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes.
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member.
