Job Description
**The Position**
The Tech lead will build a single Business Technology organization at site to combine the relevant site level BT, Automation and Laboratory activities and provide Technology Leadership for the site by driving a Digitization strategy & roadmap, drives a culture of Data Driven Decision making across the site and implements best practice Digital solutions to efficiently manage the provision of BT and Automation support across the site.
**Responsibilities**
This role is responsible for the performance of all Business Technology operations carried out at the site, ensuring appropriate support to site operations is maintained, and that all operational activities are safe, compliant and demonstrate appropriate financial stewardship.
