Buyer (Medellín)

We are looking for a Buyer to support procurement activities across global regions. This role ensures accurate purchase order creation, maintains procurement records, and coordinates order processing. It requires an understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and flexible shift availability to support operations.

Reports to: Team Lead – GEBS Business Operations.

Work type: Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build processes in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform administrative and operational responsibilities for assigned teams and functions.
• Gather and summarize data to support task completion.
• Procure IT goods and other services.
• Source vendors and set up vendor accounts for indirect purchases.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical, financial, and commercial information.
