Buyer Support position in Belcan Queretaro, México. Full‑time, on‑site at Belcan Mexico Office with full benefits.
Responsibilities- Work closely with planning, engineering, and production to understand demand requirements.
- Convert forecasts into procurement plans.
- Review MRP output daily or weekly as needed.
- Align purchase order (PO) placements with forecast changes.
- Manage safety stock levels for long‑lead or critical components.
- Issue accurate PO based on requirements and ensure terms are understood by suppliers.
- Create and approve POs in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, IFS).
- Drive year‑over‑year cost improvement.
- Understand cost drivers (labor, material, logistics) to negotiate effectively.
