What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in providing legendary customer service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here. This will be accomplished by:
Supervising and delegating employees’ workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety standards as well as Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures.Completing reviews on Team Members - plan, monitor and review Team Member performance as it relates to the Performance Management process.Providing ongoing and frequent communication and coaching.Onboarding and training new staff.Demonstrating leadership in the operation of cash registers, and fuel pumps.Assisting with interviews as needed.General Gas Bar duties as required - stocking, receiving, ordering, opening, closing, operate POS Who you are: You are interested in a career in customer service and:
