The Role

Instead, you’ll move throughout the Café, bridging the gap between digital innovation and human connection.

In this role, you’ll act as a high-end service specialist and a guide to digital banking. You aren't just serving a community; you’re building one by bringing Capital One’s mission to life within a vibrant, modern community hub.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Be a Natural Connector: Proactively engage with guests in a high-energy environment that serves as both a community space and a local coffee shop. (
