CapEx Category Manager

As an Indirect Supply Chain Category Manager at Ford, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement strategies for Indirect Equipment Services and Supplies. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive Master Category Strategies (MCSs) that align with business objectives and reflect the needs of our automotive manufacturing processes. This involves deep market analysis, identifying key industry trends, and working cross-functionally to select and manage suppliers. You will lead the approval and execution of MCSs, ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders and advocating for best-in-class category management practices.
