• Influence and persuade customers to purchase logistics services by identifying their specific problem areas.
• Maintain up-to-date records of names, addresses, and follow-up activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Perform heavy phone work, making 150+ calls per day.
• Build instant rapport with callers over the phone.
